Connecting Garmin, Strava and Wahoo

Connect once and your rides import on their own. Each platform behaves slightly differently.

Garmin

Settings, Integrations, Connect Garmin. You sign in on Garmin's site and approve WattPlan. New rides arrive by webhook shortly after they sync from your device. History is delivered in batches of up to 30 days per request, so a long back-fill can take a little while to complete.

Garmin is also where workouts go: planned workouts appear on your Edge or watch calendar. Use Sync in Settings if a week is missing, or Resync to push everything again.

Strava

Settings, Integrations, Connect Strava. New rides import when Strava tells us about them. If you record on a Garmin or Wahoo that also uploads to Strava, connect the device platform rather than Strava so you get the full file; connecting both is fine, duplicates are ignored.

Wahoo

Settings, Integrations, Connect Wahoo. Rides from ELEMNT computers and the Wahoo app import automatically, and planned workouts can be sent to your ELEMNT.

Importing history

From Settings, choose a date range and pick the rides to import. Progress shows live. A large import can take several minutes; you can leave the page. Fitness, Fatigue and Form recalculate once it finishes.

If rides stop arriving

Open Settings and check the connection shows as connected. A token can expire if you change your password on the other platform; reconnecting fixes it. If a ride is on the platform but not in WattPlan after ten minutes, import it from the history picker.

Disconnecting

Disconnect from Settings at any time. Rides already imported stay in WattPlan; nothing is written back to the other platform except workouts you choose to send.
